Augustana Lutheran Church of Andover was built in the 1860’s when the faithful congregation of Swedish immigrants quickly outgrew the nearby Jenny Lind Chapel. Summer Vespers at the Jenny Lind Chapel, August 30th at 7:00 PM
Join us August 30tj in the historic Jenny Lind chapel for our July evening worship of the summer! Enjoy music and liturgy presided over by pastor from the area. This month, Pastor Randy Willers will preside. All are welcome!
Prayer Partners Event & Backpack Blessing on August 23rd
Bring your backpack or breifcase to worship on Sunday August 23rd and receive a blessing as the school year and busy fall season approaches. After worship, venture down to Luther Hall to meet with your prayer partner for a time of fellowship. If you don’t have a prayer partner and would like to be an authentic, affirming, and available adult to one of our youth, contact Laura Angelos to get signed up!
God’s Work, Our Hands on September 13th at 11:15 am
Come celebrate our calling as one church, freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor. After a shortened worship, we will share a meal and engage in various service projects.
Sunday School start back up on September 13th at 9:30 am!
